Pricing structure is detailed to each client/ customers needs if we are undertaking domestic work it will be as per quotation for the work we're required to do. if how ever the service is on a long term basis then we will discuss the structure of pricing to the service you require. for instance if you require our complete managment service with a starting price of £200.00 per month +vat for comercial property and offices but for a landlord it would normally be 10% of the rental value and dependant on the service you require. Our pricing structure will beat any written charges we aim to get your business and give you a value for money service in the process.  All our pricing is negotiated with you the client so we are both happy with the services and prices this makes the working relationship between us more enhanced.
